Graphic Designer

Role Overview: As part of the Communications team at Morphogenesis, you will play a crucial role in brand building and positioning by ensuring high-quality graphics, videos, and motion graphics. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members throughout the creative process, conceptualizing visual design solutions, maintaining brand consistency across various marketing channels, preparing presentations, creating visual content for social media, maintaining the website and blogs, and promoting brand visibility through videos and photographs. You are expected to have a keen eye for clean and artful design with a specific focus on design detail. Key Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively with team members from concept generation to final implementation - Conceptualize visual design solutions while maintaining brand consistency across marketing materials - Prepare PowerPoint slides for client presentations - Create visual content for social media, blogs, etc - Assist in website and blog maintenance - Innovate on social media platforms to maximize brand positioning - Collaborate internally on visual display for internal branding - Create and edit videos, motion graphics, and photographs for projects, events, etc - Prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines, emphasizing creativity and attention to detail - Communicate effectively with peers both verbally and in writing - Coordinate with outside vendors when necessary - Stay updated on new software and design concepts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communications - 1-3 years of experience in Graphics, Videography, Communications preferred - Proficiency in Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Outlook - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audacity - Background or degree in architecture preferred - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Commitment to teamwork and ability to work independently when required (Note: Benefits information was not provided in the job description),
