As we grow into international markets, we’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who can bring performance-driven creative energy to our in-house team. If you live and breathe design, obsess over thumb-stopping ads, and want your work seen by millions — this is your stage.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads (static + GIFs) for performance campaigns
● Work across multiple formats: – Story/Reels (9:16) – Feed (4:5) – Carousel/Square (1:1)
● Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to translate briefs into visually compelling ads
● Build templates and source files that are easy to localize for international markets
● Stay updated on ad design trends, platform changes, and mobile-first creative best practices
● Maintain visual consistency with the brand across campaigns
● Deliver projects with speed, accuracy, and polish
Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience in performance design — preferably DTC, fintech, or product ads
● A strong portfolio of Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad creatives
● Mastery in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar creative tools
● Excellent sense of typography, layout, color psychology, and retention-first creative thinking
● Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute quickly under deadlines
● Bonus: -Experience in finance, trading, or global campaigns -Fluent in internet culture, cultural references, and global creative shifts. -Knowledge of Vernacular
