• Understanding of the digital media nuances like Responsive Design, grids, resolutions,mobile first etc.
• Design eye-catching web and mobile banners for display ad campaigns.
• Design imagery for emails and landing pages.
• Delivering high volume of creative designs within stipulated deadlines.
• Creation and adaptations of all marketing creative requirements.
• Should be inclined to understand marketing concepts, design trends, common design patterns
• Formal education in design (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma)
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Highly proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other similar design tools.
• Attentive to detail and a demonstrated mastery of typography, color and page layout.
• Experience in working with online/digital solutions.
• You should have good communication skills & be good at coordinating over internal project management tools.
• Proactive, self-motivated and ability to multi-task.
• Experience in digital designing
• Worked with International clients across the globe (preferred, not mandatory)
