Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDRAW
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography for both print and digital formats
• Experience in designing for various marketing platforms: social media, websites, email campaigns, print collaterals, and more
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools (preferred)
• Creative mindset with strong ideation skills—ability to think conceptually and push visual boundaries
• Proficiency or keen interest in AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, DALL•E, Canva AI, etc.)
• Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven

  environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate and execute visual concepts and creatives for:
  • Digital media: social posts, banners, emailers, landing pages, infographics, presentations, etc. • Print media: brochures, flyers, leaflets, magazines, exhibition materials, and more
• Collaborate with marketers and content strategists to bring campaigns to life through engaging visuals
• Take initiative to propose fresh formats, styles, and visual treatments for campaign assets
• Explore and incorporate AI tools to enhance design workflows and ideation processes
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing bold and relevant visual ideas
