Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing and branding team. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair, strong visual sense, and the ability to translate real estate project concepts into impactful visual communication.
She will work closely with the management, marketing, and sales teams to design high-quality promotional materials for both print and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and develop marketing materials – brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media creatives, and project branding.
2. Create visual concepts for real estate projects, digital campaigns, and promotional content.
3. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align designs with project goals.
4. Manage brand consistency across all digital and print media.
5. Handle photo editing, 3D visuals, and layout designs as required.
6. Any other work assigned by Higher Authority.
Qualification
A) Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
B) Experience: Minimum: 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage.
C) Skills:
1. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.
2. Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and color balance.
3. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
4. Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
