Job Description

Key roles and responsibilities

Marketing and brand communication:

Design visually compelling materials for marketing campaigns, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and print advertisements.
Create digital content for social media, websites, and online ads to promote services and raise health awareness.
Ensure all visuals align with the hospital's brand guidelines and identity.

Patient education and engagement:

Develop patient-friendly educational materials, including leaflets and brochures, using clear language, icons, and simple illustrations to explain health conditions and treatments.
Translate complex medical information into accessible formats, improving health literacy for patients and their families.
Design materials that guide patients and help them navigate the hospital, such as signage and wayfinding systems.

User experience and accessibility:

Create designs that are accessible, easy to navigate, and effective for diverse audiences, including patients with varying health literacy levels.
Focus on user-centered design to ensure all visual materials are intuitive and user-friendly.

Content and collateral design:

Design and format scientific brochures, data visualizations, and infographics for healthcare professionals.
Create layouts for internal communications, presentations, and reports.
Collaborate with vendors on packaging designs for medications and other products to ensure clarity and safety.

Collaboration and project management:

Work with marketing, communications, and clinical teams to develop creative concepts that meet project goals.
Present ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software developments.
