Graphic Designer

As an experienced UX/UI Designer at Juego Studio, you will be responsible for leading and innovating in the design of digital products, including web, mobile web, and social media graphics. Your role will require a unique blend of creative vision and technical proficiency to ensure compelling, user-centered design solutions across various platforms. You will lead the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile web that align with our brand's vision and user needs. This involves developing comprehensive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively visualize design concepts and oversee the creation of high-quality final designs. Additionally, you will create visually appealing graphics tailored for social media posts, banners, and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Collaboration and strategy play a crucial role in this position as you will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate user experience strategies that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include participating in strategic discussions, providing expert design insights, and supporting the implementation of design best practices across the company. User research and testing are essential aspects of this role, where you will conduct in-depth research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions for optimal user satisfaction. Analyzing user feedback and performance data will help you refine and optimize designs effectively. To excel in this role, you should have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other design software. Your strong ability to translate complex user needs and business goals into clear and engaging designs is critical. Additionally, excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactions, extensive knowledge of graphic design principles, color theory, typography, and layout optimized for digital environments are required. You should have proven experience in designing for web and mobile platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, along with a portfolio showcasing successful projects in web, mobile web, and digital advertising, is expected. Your attitude should reflect exceptional collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach to design. Proactive leadership in driving design projects from inception to completion, along with adaptability to rapidly changing design trends and technology, will be key to your success.
