Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer (Static & Motion Graphics + Video Editing)

Department:

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging
static creatives
for social media, digital campaigns, ads, presentations, and websites.
Develop
motion graphics
and animated assets for reels, stories, ads, and pitch videos.
Edit and assemble video content for social platforms, product showcases, and brand storytelling.
Create thumb-stopping
reels and short-form video content
optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
Ensure brand consistency and maintain visual identity across all materials.
Manage multiple design requests with speed, creativity, and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
47 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
A strong, up-to-date portfolio showcasing static creatives, video edits, and motion graphics work.
Deep understanding of social media aesthetics, formats, and trends.
Real estate candidates to be preferred.

Tool & Software Proficiency:

Must be proficient in the following tools/software:

Design & Illustration:

Adobe Photoshop
Coral draw
Adobe Illustrator
UI/UX Designer

Motion Graphics & Animation:

Adobe After Effects

Video Editing:

Adobe Premiere Pro
Basic knowledge of color correction and audio syncing
Photo editing tool
Basic knowledge of 3d Design tool blender.
