About Ebony & Ivory PR

Ebony & Ivory PR is a boutique public relations and brand communications agency specialising

in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, luxury, and entertainment. We craft stories that build visibility,

influence, and cultural impact. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic

Designer Intern to support our digital and PR teams with impactful, design-led content.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer Intern will work heavily on designing social media content for the agency

and its clients. This includes campaign creatives, client testimonials, employee spotlights,

announcement posts, event creatives, and other social-first formats. The ideal candidate should

have a strong understanding of digital trends, platform aesthetics, and short-form content

behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality social media creatives for various clients and the agency.

Create content formats such as client testimonials, employee spotlights, announcements, event creatives, and carousel posts.

Support campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Assist in designing media kits, press materials, pitch decks, and social media content.

Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain aesthetic consistency.

Collaborate with the team to bring concepts and strategies to life visually.

Stay updated with digital, visual, and social media trends to keep content fresh and

relevant.

Organise and maintain design libraries, templates, and brand asset folders.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual

Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or design tools like

Figma/Canva.

Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design skills (student work welcome).

Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and brand consistency.

Awareness of current digital trends, scrolling behaviour, and platform-specific formats.

Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

environment.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while collaborating effectively with the

team.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut).

Photography or experience in creating social-first content.

Interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
