KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Design performance-ad creatives for Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels static, carousel, short-video thumbnails, etc.
● Create social media assets (posts, stories, reels cover images, banners) aligned with brand style.
● Create offline branding and marketing collaterals standees, posters, event signage, banners, flyers, print-ads.
● Maintain and evolve brand style guides: typography, colour palette, logo usage, layout standards.
● Work closely with marketing, product, and offline teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
● Provide rapid turn-around on design requests while maintaining quality and brand voice.
● Support packaging design tasks (e.g. label mockups, pouch design, dielines) in coordination with external vendors.
● Assist with UI / web-visuals for e-commerce front-end (banners, hero images, product ad images).
SKILLS AND TOOLS REQUIRED
● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (core requirement)
● Comfortable with Canva for quick edits / social media assets
● Familiarity with Figma (or other UI / layout tools) is a plus
● Good understanding of layout, print design constraints, colour theory, typography
● A strong portfolio showing a mix of digital ads, social media posts, packaging / print work, and branding projects.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
