Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are a leading laminate manufacturer based in Ahmedabad, looking to hire a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, particularly within the print media sector. This role will involve working under the guidance of our Design Director, contributing to the creation of marketing materials, brochures, catalogs, exhibition stall designs, and other visual content. The candidate should have expertise in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant design software.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Visual Creation:

Create visually appealing and functional designs for print media, including brochures, flyers, catalogs, and exhibition stall designs, aligning with the company’s brand image and marketing goals.

Collaboration & Strategy:

Work closely with the Design Director and other departments to ensure designs are consistent with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

Autocad Drafting:

Assist in the creation of technical drawings for exhibition stall layouts and other design-related projects using AutoCAD.

Print Media Design:

Develop high-quality designs for brochures, flyers, catalogs, and other promotional materials, ensuring all designs are print-ready and meet industry standards.

Exhibition & Stall Design:

Design engaging and innovative exhibition stalls that effectively showcase products at trade shows, aligning with our brand identity and business objectives.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring designs are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards and are in line with the latest trends in graphic design and print media.

Education:

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on print media, exhibition stall design, and related areas.

- *Technical Skills:*

Proficiency in design software such as:

- AutoCAD

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe Acrobat

- CorelDRAW (preferred)

- InDesign (preferred)

- Sketch/Other design software

Print Media Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of print processes, including pre-press and production requirements for brochures, flyers, catalogs, and other marketing materials.

Creative Vision:

Strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.

Adaptability:

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and industry trends, with a proactive approach to learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the manufacturing industry, specifically with companies related to building materials or laminates.

- Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering (preferred).

- Experience with UI/UX design is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
