Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns, branding, social media, website, presentations, and print materials.
• Design creatives for digital platforms including social media posts, banners, ads, and promotional content.
• Handle

  video editing, motion graphics, and short-form video content

  for digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Review and improve designs based on feedback and business requirements.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure design quality standards are maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience

  in graphic design, with proven expertise in video editing.
• Strong proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with motion graphics, reels, and short videos is a must.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with agri-tech, FMCG, or product-based companies.
• Knowledge of UI/UX basics and digital marketing creatives.
• Familiarity with social media content trends and formats.
