Job Description

As a Graphic Designer, your role will involve studying design briefs and determining project requirements. You will be responsible for scheduling projects, defining budget constraints, and conceptualizing visuals based on the given requirements. Additionally, you will prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand. In this position, you will need to use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic, collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs, and test graphics across various media. You will be expected to amend designs based on feedback and ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with the brand guidelines. To be successful in this role, you should have proven graphic designing experience and a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. Familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop is essential. A keen eye for aesthetics and details, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines are also required qualities. While a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus, it is not mandatory. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the designated location.
