Job Description

Role Overview: As a Designer at the organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping brand identities for agents, creating captivating designs for print collateral, digital ads, websites, and much more. Your innovative ideas will be the driving force behind custom social media campaigns and brand designs, ensuring that each project meets the goals outlined in the creative briefs. Working closely with the Creative Producer and Marketing Advisors, you will interpret briefs to deliver high-quality work that maintains the integrity of the brand's identity. Collaboration is key, as you will work alongside internal and external designers, illustrators, photographers, and videographers to execute projects of varying scales. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain design quality across a range of project types and brand campaigns - Propose new conceptual ideas and ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines - Research and develop mood boards to support creative ideas and drive innovation in designs - Interpret briefs to deliver high-quality work that maintains brand identity - Collaborate with internal and external designers, illustrators, photographers, and videographers - Work on custom social media campaigns and brand designs - Create captivating designs for print collateral, digital ads, websites, and more Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3-8 years of work experience in design with a strong portfolio - Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign - Solid understanding of typography, composition, and photography - Experience in branding and scalable design systems - Ability to present and communicate creative solutions effectively - Preferred qualifications include prior experience in an agency or design studio - Proficiency in digital/product design, animation, and additional skills in Figma, After Effects, Cinema 4D, illustration, and video production - Creative thinker with a passion for design and a drive to innovate (Note: Omitted additional details of the company as it was not present in the job description),
