Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Futurists, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually engaging graphics, and other multimedia content. Your role will involve working closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality visual assets for a variety of platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
• Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.
• Video editing and motion graphic designing as and when required.
• Branding and Logo designing as per client brief
• Help new joiners with there learning process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo design, brand development, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory, with great attention to detail.
• Experience designing a wide range of materials, including digital assets, print collateral, and social media content.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling and effective designs.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to adapt to different design aesthetics.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work closely with marketing, product, and content teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
