Job Description

You will support the Sales & Marketing department by developing visually compelling designs that strengthen the company s brand presence and enhance customer engagement. The role is responsible for producing high-quality digital and print materials for marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and corporate communication while ensuring brand consistency across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual content for marketing and sales materials.
Design promotional assets such as brochures, flyers, presentations, catalogs, emailers, social media posts, advertisements, and web graphics.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and product promotions.
Support sales teams with pitch decks, proposals, product sheets, and event materials; adapt assets for multiple channels
Maintain and up the brand library (logos, templates, fonts, color codes, imagery).
Design creatives for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and online ads; edit and enhance photos, videos, and multimedia content when required.
Manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and liaise with external vendors, printers, and agencies for production-quality outputs.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Communications to ensure cohesive storytelling and timely delivery.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor s degree (any discipline).
Experience: 5 8 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Proven experience designing social media creatives, branding assets, and layout-heavy documents.
Fast, innovative thinking and strong visual ideation skills.
Excellent attention to detail, visual accuracy, and brand consistency.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests and deliver under tight timelines.
