Graphic Designer

Furrl is a funded early stage start-up building the next generation of lifestyle e-commerce through a clutter-breaking discovery platform for new-age brands. We are attacking the 100 billion dollar D2C market in India by creating a one stop shop for consumers to discover, validate and purchase these lakhs of independent brands and creators in India, in a way that is personalized and effective at scale.

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is passionate about design, fashion, and e-commerce someone who can translate ideas into compelling visual stories that connect with our audience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and category teams to conceptualize and create high-quality visual assets for social media, website, email campaigns, and digital ads.

Design promotional materials for affiliate, influencer, and branding programs.

Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and design guidelines across all channels.

Develop creative concepts and mood boards for campaigns, launches, and collaborations.

Stay up to date with design, fashion, and digital marketing trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Work on motion graphics or short-form video assets (preferred but not mandatory).

Ensure all designs align with Furrl's tone, style, and positioning while maintaining visual consistency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

12 years of professional design experience (including internships).

Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work especially for e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.

Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to take ownership, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
