Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic/Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through visuals, has a strong eye for aesthetics, and is skilled in transforming ideas into compelling graphics. You will be responsible for creating visuals that capture attention and communicate brand messages effectively across digital and print media. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality graphics for various media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and presentations.
  • Develop visuals that align with the brand identity and enhance customer engagement.
  • Create assets such as infographics, icons, illustrations, and marketing materials that are visually compelling and effective.
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all materials.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop and refine the visual identity and branding strategy.
  • Suggest and implement new design ideas to elevate the brand and enhance the user experience.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product, and development teams, to understand design needs and deliver timely solutions.
  • Communicate design ideas clearly through sketches, storyboards, and mockups.
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
  • Continuously optimise and improve designs based on performance metrics, user feedback, and evolving industry trends.
  • Manage and maintain an organised library of visual assets.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest design software and tools to enhance creative capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic or visual design, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Prior experience in motion graphics or video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, particularly in digital media.
