Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging graphics for digital and print platforms. You must have a strong design portfolio, in-depth knowledge of design software, and the confidence to take creative ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design creative assets including social media graphics, brochures, banners, presentations, branding materials, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
• Maintain consistency across all visual materials in alignment with the company’s branding guidelines.
• Present design concepts confidently and take constructive feedback positively.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into visual content.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident personality that can articulate ideas clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work is required.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design and tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Photography or illustration skills.
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
