Graphic Designer Faculty/Teacher/Assistant Professor

As a Graphic Design Faculty member, you will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum that prepares students for successful careers in graphic design. You will mentor students, lead classroom discussions, and stay current with industry trends to ensure the relevancy and rigor of your instruction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver compelling graphic design curriculum
• Mentor and guide students through academic and professional growth
• Lead classroom discussions and facilitate engaging learning experiences
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into coursework
• Collaborate with faculty and administration on program improvements
• Participate in departmental and institutional committees

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in graphic design
• Prior teaching experience at the college level is preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student success and academic excellence
