2D Faculty - Job Description

As a 2D Faculty member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of design by delivering high-quality instruction to students enrolled in our programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Topics in 2D and syllabus provided by the organisation
• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to explore their creativity, develop their technical skills, and push the boundaries of design.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their projects, helping them to refine their ideas, develop their design solutions, and achieve their learning objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, and integrate relevant topics and tools into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and departmental staff to continuously improve the quality of the graphic design programs
• Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, in design, Corel draw, Dreamweaver, 2D Flash, preferred.

Qualifications:

• Teaching experience in the same industry is an add on. Candidates with relevant professional experience and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
• A Master's degree or higher in 2D Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Knowledge in 2D – Software Flash or Animate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Master’s degree in Animation or a related field.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
• Ability to adapt to different animation styles and project requirements.
• Experience with 3D animation as an additional skill.
• Familiarity with scripting and programming for animation.
• Knowledge of the latest animation trends and techniques.
• Experience and knowledge of 2D Animation in Adobe Animate and Toon Boom Harmony.Hands-on knowledge in classical Animation would be a plus.Familiarity with production pipelines and environments.Ability to produce class presentations and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
