Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, with a strong emphasis on social media graphics, logos, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning designs for social media, websites, logos, and other digital platforms.
• Develop creative concepts and design assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Understand and apply design theory (color, layout, typography) and design psychology to improve user experience and engagement.
• Design, edit, and optimize videos and reels for various platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver consistent, high-quality designs.
• Assist in the creation of basic UI/UX designs.
• Stay updated on design trends and implement them where appropriate.

Mandatory Skills:

• Social Media Design: Experience in creating visuals for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Logo Design: Ability to design impactful and memorable logos.
• Design Theory: Strong understanding of color theory, layout, and typography.
• Design Psychology: Knowledge of how design elements affect user behavior and emotions.
• Video Editing & Reels: Basic video editing skills, including reel creation for social media platforms.
• UI/UX Design (Basics): Understanding of user experience and interface design principles.

Tools You Must Know:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with CorelDRAW for vector-based designs.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for advanced video editing and animations.
• Knowledge of Figma for collaborative UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
