Graphic Designer Executive

As a Graphic Designer at our company located in Pune, Pimple Nilakh, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various platforms, both digital and print media. Your main tasks will involve collaborating with the marketing team to produce compelling marketing materials, designing and maintaining the visual elements of our brand, generating creative concepts for new projects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that meet project objectives. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and manage multiple design projects simultaneously to meet deadlines effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media platforms. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials. - Design and maintain the visual elements of the brand, ensuring consistency across all channels. - Generate creative concepts and ideas for new projects and campaigns. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements. - Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Experience with Corel Draw is an added advantage. - Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. - Excellent creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Good communication skills in English. - Ability to work in a high-pressure work environment.,
