Job Description: Graphic Designer – Event & Digital Creatives

Location: Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling digital creatives for event marketing and branding. The ideal candidate should have a strong design aesthetic, an understanding of event promotions, and expertise in creating digital content for social media, email campaigns, and websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Branding & Visuals: Design engaging event banners, social media creatives, email headers, digital flyers, and promotional graphics to drive event participation.
• Social Media Content: Create Instagram posts, LinkedIn carousels, reels, GIFs, and motion graphics for event marketing campaigns.
• Website & Email Graphics: Develop event landing page visuals, emailer templates, and digital ads in line with brand identity.
• Presentation Design: Assist in designing visually appealing PowerPoint decks for event sponsors, speaker sessions, and marketing campaigns.
• Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with content writers, marketing teams, and event planners to brainstorm fresh visual concepts for different event campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, color schemes, and event themes.
• Post-Event Creatives: Design thank-you notes, event highlight graphics, and engagement recaps for attendees and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience in Canva, Figma, or other design tools for quick-turnaround social media graphics.
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and how visuals impact engagement.
• Ability to design compelling, brand-aligned PowerPoint presentations.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or GIF creation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced event-driven environment.
• Prior experience in designing for corporate events, B2B/B2C conferences, or webinars is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
