Job Title: Graphic Designer (Print Media)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience in print media design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory, and be proficient in creating visually appealing designs for brochures, posters, packaging, magazines, and other print materials using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, posters, banners, magazines, and advertisements.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, branding, and content teams to develop creative concepts and visual assets.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all printed materials.
• Prepare print files, manage color settings (CMYK), and coordinate with printing vendors for production.
• Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy before final printing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, print techniques, and new software tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in print media design.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, color management (CMYK, Pantone), and pre-press preparation.
• Excellent sense of layout, composition, and typography.
• High attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in packaging design or large-format printing.
• Basic understanding of digital design or motion graphics.
• Knowledge of photography or illustration is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
