Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer and Editor with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging content for both our event management and digital marketing projects. This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work for both print and digital media, as well as proficiency in video and photo editing.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Conceptualize and create compelling visual content, including logos, brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and website banners.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to understand project requirements and deliver on-brand, high-quality designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Editing:

• Edit photos and videos for various projects, including event highlights, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Enhance visual quality, add graphics, transitions, and effects to create impactful and engaging stories.
• Ensure all final edited content aligns with project objectives and brand messaging.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Editor, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate your skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
