About the role :-

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online ads
• Design print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and brand collateral
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality designs
• Prepare final design files for publishing
• Conceptualize and present creative ideas .Edit and improve existing assets to align with current branding and marketing strategies
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to take constructive feedback and turn it into effective design solutions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles
• Photography or illustration skills
• Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS
• Added Skills: Canva, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
