About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller cum Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, following up with the customers , supporting the sales team, and coordinating sales activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM). Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure Site -Visits. Schedule meetings and appointments of customers with the sales team. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) . Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali] Preferably should have working knowledge in a Real-Estate Background. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in a sales support role. Why Join Us?
