Sales Coordinator Cum Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mails , scheduling appointments & Meetings as needed
• Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbooks, issue visitor badges)
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation
• Coordinate with internal departments for meeting arrangements and office supplies.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
• Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure Site -Visits.
• Schedule meetings and appointments of customers with the sales team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) .
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali
• Preferably should have working knowledge in a Real-Estate Background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a sales support role.
