About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller cum Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, following up with the customers , supporting the sales team, and coordinating sales activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM). Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure Site -Visits. Schedule meetings and appointments of customers with the sales team. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) . Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali] Preferably should have working knowledge in a Real-Estate Background. About the Role: We are looking for a friendly, dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator cum Receptionsit to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. This role involves managing front desk operations, answering calls, directing inquiries, and supporting administrative functions to help the office run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, following up with the customers , supporting the sales team, and coordinating sales activities effectively. Working Days : 6 days a week (Working on weekends is preferable ) , Week -Off on Weekdays . Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mails , scheduling appointments & Meetings as needed Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbooks, issue visitor badges) Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation Coordinate with internal departments for meeting arrangements and office supplies.
