Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creatives for social media (posts, reels thumbnails, stories)
  • Create posters, flyers, banners, and in-clinic branding materials
  • Design marketing materials for hearing aid awareness campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
  • Work closely with marketing and clinic teams for content execution
  • Edit basic videos/reels (preferred but not mandatory)

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Basic knowledge of Canva and social media formats
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
  • Ability to convert ideas into clean, healthcare-appropriate designs
  • Good time management and creativity

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Basic video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut)
  • Experience in healthcare or service-based branding
  • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Google creatives
