Job Description

Collaborate with marketing team to support our branding strategy encompassing website design, content marketing, e-mail marketing and trade-shows through suitable creatives and design assets. Bring new ideas for design and content creation to improve DEWII brand reach and reception. Improve efficiency of marketing operations by creating templates for various media assets such as blogs, social media posts, presentations etc. Understand our audience across channels (website, social, affiliate etc.) and customize creatives across these channels. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree with 2-5 years of relevant marketing or digital agency experience preferred. Graphic Designer by trade, photography skills (capturing and editing) is a strong plus. Proficient ideally in the following programs: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, HTML etc. Experience with entire Adobe CC Suite is a big plus. Creative and visual thinker with strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate progress on assignments. Exceptional relationship skills with an ability to navigate a matrix organization Can confidently adapt to changing circumstances priorities and strong attention to detail. Ability to produce results, moving projects forward with minimal supervision. Perks and Benefits: Salary will be discussed according to the current CTC.
