Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida at Brick and Wall Infra Solutions. This role involves designing engaging graphics for social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials, as well as editing and producing various video content such as promotional videos, project walkthroughs, client testimonials, reels, and YouTube content. The candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and digital teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns while maintaining brand consistency across all visual content. They will also be responsible for creating and optimizing content for multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. The ability to handle on-site photo and video shoots is preferred, and staying updated with the latest design trends, editing techniques, and real estate marketing strategies is essential to the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in the real estate or advertising sector.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing projects.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and creative thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
