Graphic Designer (2–3 Years Experience Preferred)

About the Role:
We are looking to hire creative, motivated graphic designers with 2–3 years of professional experience. Your goal will be to inspire and attract our target audience with inventive visual solutions that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and determine project requirements.
• Schedule projects, define budget constraints, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conceptualize and develop visuals based on design requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Produce high-quality illustrations, logos, and other designs—using design software or by hand.
• Choose appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic based on the brief.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters and the creative director to produce final, polished designs.
• Test graphics across various media and platforms for consistency and quality.
• Revise designs promptly after receiving feedback.
• Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements and Skills:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic designing (minimum: 6+ months experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
• A keen eye for aesthetics, details, and a strong sense of visual composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
