Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. Youll be the one to shape the visual aspects of social content, magazines, product packaging, videos, reels, motion graphics, etc.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. Youll need more than just creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate your thoughts through design and work as one with the wed like to meet you.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout, and motion design
• Familiarity with video editing, animation, and social media formats and platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sharp eye for detail with a passion for storytelling through visuals
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality
• Ability to work with multi-functional teams and collaborate
• Ability to conceptualise visuals based on requirements and add value to businesses, brands & people
• Testing graphics across various media and study design briefs and determine requirements
• Develop images, videos, illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Bonus:

• Awareness of emerging AI-based design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social, marketing, and campaign work
• Exposure to motion graphics, content strategy, marketing and AI tools.

Experience

• Proven graphic designing experience

  (2 to 5 years)

• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details and excellent visual communication and detail-oriented execution.
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
