Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create compelling graphics for marketing materials, product packaging, and promotional campaigns.Design packaging that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and manufacturing, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.Develop prototypes and mock-ups for packaging designs and marketing materials.Research and stay current on design trends, packaging innovations, and consumer preferences.Prepare production-ready artwork and specifications for printers and manufacturers, ensuring accuracy and quality.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for branding and packaging initiatives.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high- quality standards.

Skills:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools.Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and packaging design work.Understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and sustainability practices.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.
