Graphic Designer (Shopsy)

Roles & Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a hands-on creative who can not only design but also collaborate across charters, manage timelines, and help structure creative workflows.

Interpret creative briefs and adapt key visuals into platform-first formats for CRM, performance marketing, homepage, and campaign pages
Design and adapt creatives across landing pages, category pages, CRM banners, and campaign modules
Collaborate with writers, marketers, and category teams across different charters and ensure delivery within timelines
Assist in team management, helping assign, structure, and streamline incoming creative asks
Ensure the final output is on-brand, visually strong, and communicates the right proposition
Have a strong eye for layout, typography, design balance, and brand consistency
Bonus: Motion graphic and video editing skills

Key Skills Needed

2-4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or agencies.
Strong Graphic/Brand Design foundation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects Understanding of design systems, scale, hierarchy, typography, and visual rhythm
Experience creating/adapting campaigns across CRM, performance marketing, homepage.
Online portfolio showcasing strong visual design and branding work
High attention to detail and ability to work independently within structured timelines
