About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing agency. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to create compelling visual designs that align with client campaigns and brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging creatives for digital platforms (social media posts, ads, stories, reels, website banners, email campaigns).
• Collaborate with copywriters, social media managers, and marketing strategists to deliver high-quality campaign visuals.
• Develop branding elements (logos, style guides, pitch decks) for clients.
• Create infographics, GIFs, and short-form motion graphics for digital campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimised for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
• Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and marketing best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma (bonus).
• Knowledge of social media creative formats and best practices.
• Strong typography, colour theory, and layout skills.
• Ability to think creatively and convert marketing briefs into visually appealing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in digital design or agency work.
