Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead the development of a reusable template library for social media content (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.). The ideal candidate should be comfortable designing brand-aligned graphics that can be adapted across multiple client identities, while also leveraging AI tools to accelerate creative output.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a library of reusable graphics templates for social media content.
• Adapt templates to match each client’s brand guidelines, tone, and style.
• Create infographics and data visualizations to make complex ideas more engaging and shareable.
• Collaborate with content strategists and account managers to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
• Leverage AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) where appropriate to speed up creative iterations and content production.
• Ensure all assets are optimized for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.) and formats (static, carousel, light motion).
• Stay updated with social media design trends, ensuring our library evolves with client needs and platform changes.
• Organize and maintain design files for easy re-use by the wider team.
