Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:-

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Typically 2-5 years (or more, depending on seniority) of combined graphic design + UI design work, preferably on digital products.
A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design (branding, marketing collateral, social media) and UI design (apps, websites, prototypes).
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility, and aesthetic usability.
Knowledge of basic front-end constraints is a plus (HTML/CSS, interacting with developers etc.).

Skills & Competencies:-

Strong visual design skills: typography, color theory, layout, composition.
Attention to detail and high standards of quality.
Excellent communication: ability to explain design decisions to non-designers.
Time management and ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset; ability to adapt designs based on feedback and changing requirements.
Proactive learner: keeps up with new design trends, UI patterns, tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
