Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visually appealing social media content that aligns with our brand and client objectives.
• Develop and execute print designs for a variety of materials including brochures, leaflets, flyers, and coffee table books.
• Create mainline creatives that effectively communicate brand messages and campaigns.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and AI tools to continuously improve and add value to our creative outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience with digital marketing agency particularly handling government clients, private brands, or PSUs.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience with AI tools for design enhancement.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including social media creatives, print materials, and video editing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in branding and campaign development.
• Knowledge of AI tools .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
