Job Description

Graphic Designer Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Job Type: Full-time | Office-based Contract: 1 Year (Extendable based on performance) Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: ₹12,000 per month Annual CTC: ₹1,44,000 Working Hours: 7 hours per day Work Days: 5 days per week Weekly Off: Any 2 weekdays (Monday to Friday) Deductions: TDS approximately ₹700–₹900 Performance Review: Every 3–6 months Key Responsibilities: Design posters, banners, social media creatives, and promotional materials Create logos, brochures, flyers, and other branding assets Coordinate with video editors, marketing teams, and other designers Ensure timely delivery of designs as per deadlines Revise and update designs based on feedback Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously Skills & Requirements: Basic to intermediate graphic design skills Knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or Figma Good understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory Willingness to learn and improve through feedback Strong teamwork skills, discipline, and punctuality Educational Criteria: Minimum 12th Pass Any degree is acceptable Arrears or backlogs are not a constraint Interested Candidate kindly share your resume to Amirtha HR- 8122080023/ amirtha@aramhiring.com
