Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Alkemy EdTech, you will be responsible for translating marketing and brand strategies into visually appealing and impactful designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Visual Design:Create visually stunning and effective designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, web assets, infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral.Brand Consistency:Ensure brand consistency across all design elements, maintaining alignment with Alkemy EdTech's visual identity guidelines.Collaborate with the marketing team to evolve and enhance the brand's visual identity.Conceptualization and Ideation:Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.Translate concepts into compelling visual representations.Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and contribute creative solutions.Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to meet project objectives.Software Proficiency:Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) to create high-quality designs.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.Project Management:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.Proficient in graphic design software and tools.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
