Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in graphic design software, and a passion for visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances our brand and engages our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visually appealing graphics (including motion graphics) for various platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet client needs.
• Prepare and present design concepts, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders, showcasing the benefits of our core work.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure our materials are modern and effective.
• Utilize technology and design tools to enhance processes and improve the overall design experience.
• Collaborate with external teams as required to ensure the completion of design projects.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Freepik, etc to speed up ideation, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance visual creativity.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proficiency in graphic design software tools and other relevant tools for motion graphics.

· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with branding and marketing principles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
