→Hands-on expertise in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
→A portfolio that shows a strong understanding of brand aesthetics, social media creatives, and motion graphics
→Graduation + Certification/course in design/video editing is a must
→Someone who’s creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
