Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Animator to join our team. In this role, you will craft visually compelling graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and multimedia content. The ideal candidate is proficient in design and animation tools, embraces new creative technologies including Generative AI, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics and animations for videos, social media, ads, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually engaging designs.
• Create storyboards, style frames, and prototypes to communicate ideas effectively.
• Integrate motion graphics into video content using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Stay updated with design trends, animation techniques, and Generative AI tools.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design and animation.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating both 2D animations and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for creative design is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation.
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of 3D animation tools is a bonus.
