Graphic Designer

ahoy consulting is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for visual storytelling and hands-on experience in both graphic and motion design. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that communicates our brand message effectively across social media and other marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a wide range of visually appealing materials for social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook using professional video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all creative outputs align with the brand identity and strategic objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a consistent quality and meeting tight deadlines.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and deliver refined designs based on feedback.
• Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to both digital and print media.

Requirements

Experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor with a strong, relevant portfolio is a plus.

Proficiency in the following design and editing software:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe InDesign

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition. They must possess the ability to think both creatively and critically, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
