Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop high-quality visual materials for various mediums, including social media, websites, and print publications.
Create engaging and effective graphics, logos, and icons that align with the company's brand identity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet expectations.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand language across all platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts.

Job Requirements

Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and quality control, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.
Familiarity with design trends and technologies, including social media management tools and content creation platforms.
