Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Capital Placement Services. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design visually appealing graphics, logos, and marketing materials for various clients.
Develop and implement effective visual concepts to meet client requirements.
Create engaging social media posts and advertisements to promote brands.
Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive brand identities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Provide feedback and critique to junior designers to improve their work.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Familiarity with printing processes and production methods.
Experience working with employment firms/recruitment services firms is preferred.
