The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and designs that align with our brand identity. This role requires a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What you ll do

Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including social media, websites, print, and digital advertising.
Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and quality across all platforms.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines.
Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative solutions that drive engagement and conversions.
Develop creative concepts and present design ideas to stakeholders.
Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and perfect designs.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials.

What you ll bring

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience. & from the Architecture/Construction/Real Estate sector.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with video editing software is a plus (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, digital, and print work.
Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
